Terms of Service
Effective 1 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Slaby (the "Service"), operated by the platform provider. By creating a store or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Slaby lets merchants run branded B2B/B2C storefronts with gated wholesale pricing, orders, and related tools. Features available to you depend on your plan.
2. Accounts & tenants
You are responsible for the accuracy of your store information and for all activity under your admin accounts. You must keep credentials secure and comply with applicable law.
Each store (tenant) is isolated; you may not attempt to access another tenant's data.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to sell prohibited goods, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to breach platform security. We may suspend stores that violate these rules or applicable law.
4. Plans, billing & taxes
Paid plans renew per your billing cycle until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Non-payment may downgrade a store to the Free plan or suspend it.
You are responsible for the tax treatment of your own sales configured in your store.
5. Content & data
You retain rights to your catalog and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service. You can export your data at any time.
6. Availability & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a limited period.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Questions? Use the contact page.
